I was out visiting greenhouses today and stopped at Panera for a late lunch. To my surprise, the calorie counts of all items were boldly posted on the menu. I stepped up to the counter and ordered my favorite combination, creamy tomato soup and a tomato and cheese sandwich without paying much attention to this new information. [...]
